Totally Disappointed, Avoid This Hosting Service

I had high hopes for Blackbox Servers after hearing some buzz. Man, was that a mistake. Right from the start, the service was just awful. I had constant downtime and support seemed like a ghost town. I remember reaching out for help and it took ages to get a response, if I even got one at all. My friends and I ended up frustrated, trying to deal with lag issues and crashes. I really wanted to enjoy my experience, but Blackbox just made it unbearable. It's a bummer to see a company fail like this, and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Save your money and go elsewhere. You won’t regret it. Trust me, just don’t waste your time with them.
