Upon receiving a valid notice, TopGameHost may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and may notify the user who posted it.
If your content has been removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint, and you believe this was a mistake or that you have permission to use the material, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice should include:

Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, and its location on our platform before it was removed or disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address (if available).
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts located in the State of Texas, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original copyright notice.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content unless the original copyright owner files a court action seeking a court order to keep the material down.
TopGameHost reserves the right to terminate user accounts of individuals determined to be repeat infringers of copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
