You have full control over your reviews. To edit or delete one:
Click your avatar and go to Profile. Find your review and use the Edit or Delete option in the bottom right corner of the review.
Or, visit the page of the hosting provider you reviewed, locate your review, and click Edit or Delete there.
This way, you can keep your feedback accurate and up to date!
* You can't modify the star rating unless you delete the review and make a new one.
We take authenticity seriously. If you suspect a review is fake or submitted by someone who was never your customer, you’ll need to claim your profile first to access the tools for reporting suspicious content.
Once you submit a report, our team will carefully investigate to ensure fairness and accuracy.
